Boujee Apple & Proscuitto Grilled Cheese 


INGREDIENTS :

- two thick slices of sourdough.

- 2 tbsp butter.

- 2-3 slices of proscuitto, pan fried.

- 4-5 thin slices of apple.

- 1/8 cup grated cheddar (I used shipyardbrewing ale house cheddar).

- 1/8 cup grated mozzarella.

- Handful of arugula.

- 2 tbsp fig jam or tomato chutney.

METHOD :

Butter 1 side of each sourdough slice. On the other side, spread your jam or chutney. 

In a medium heat hot pan, put your bread butter side down. On one half, top with apple & cheese.

On the other, top with proscuitto and arugula. 

After 2 mins or so, carefully close your sandwhich. Using a grill press or another pan, press down on your sandwhich. Cook for 3-5 mins.

Flip and cook for another 3 mins.
